No More Crying!
Last night for the FIRST time...Maci fell asleep by herself in her own bed WITHOUT crying at all. When we first started this routine, she would cry for a bit. Lately it has been mostly a protest cry and then she immediately turns over and goes to sleep. Last night she was soooo tired she didn't even protest. I had to go look at her twice to make sure she was okay!

Can Maci teach Lauren? I've even promised to buy her a pony if she slept in her bed for a week and that didn't work.
I never thought about promising ponies! I don't think she would have understood or cared for a pony yet. Don't worry that honeymoon is over. Last night she got up at 2 a.m. and decided to cry off and on for at least 2 hours. Derek is such a sucker. I put her back in bed, but as soon as she whimpers he is jumping up to get her. I am such a MEAN mom - I just let her cry.
Come on Derek, tough love!
I bet she is getting huge. What about some new pictures? I know you've taken them. How's the move coming?
